Terms & Conditions

Please read the following carefully as the Terms and Conditions contain relevant limitations on the rights of all parties participating in events that are organized under the King Con Cruise and Jon St. John Presents brand. By completing the online registration process, you are offering to enter into a contract with King Con Cruise. That contract will be formed when we send you an email or other written communication finalizing your registration (and not before) and we reserve the right to reject any registration for any reason. That contract will be in English and will be subject to the laws of the United States and all parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the U.S. courts in relation to any issue relating to said contract. The contract will be considered a legally binding agreement between guests, attendees, and volunteers (hereafter referred to as “participants” and including all parties who register for a King Con Cruise event and/or participate in same), King Con Cruise, and/or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors (hereafter referred to as “affiliated parties”) with respect to this event. This contract is selectively inclusive of and extends beyond the terms and conditions outlined in the Royal Caribbean International (RCI) Ticket Contract. The terms and conditions outlined herein are subject to change without notice at any time, and any and all such changes will remain legally binding.

Please review and, if necessary, correct the information you entered into the on-line registration form before it is submitted. We may keep a copy of your registration form and these Terms and Conditions, but these will not be accessible to you.* Please make and retain a copy of your registration form and these Terms and Conditions for your own records. Changes in registrants may be accepted with payment in full of relevant cruise fare no later than 14 days prior to sailing. Any and all requests for changes must be made via email to contact@kingconcruise.com. Changes will further need to be submitted to Royal Caribbean International through our travel partner.

Restrictions apply regarding who may or may not be eligible to sail, in accordance with the policies of Royal Caribbean International. Furthermore, additional limitations may apply to availability of requested cabin types. All accommodations for participants will be made to the best of their ability via our travel partner, but participants with special needs are encouraged to reserve as early as possible in order to guarantee necessary accommodations. King Con Cruise and its affiliated parties are not responsible for facilitating onboard accommodations for any participant and will not be held liable for any consequences of the participant’s inability to comply with the policies of Royal Caribbean International and/or the lack of available accommodations.

Prior to sailing, participants who have fully paid cabin reservations will receive an email booking confirmation and check-in request from Royal Caribbean International. All passengers are required to complete their online check-in no later than 4 days prior to sailing. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in delay and/or denial in boarding the ship. King Con Cruise and its affiliated parties are not responsible for facilitating check-in for any participant and will not be held liable for any consequences of the participant’s failure to comply with the policies of Royal Caribbean International.

Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise for all participants. Royal Caribbean International requires all passengers to present valid international travel documents at the time of embarkation. Any passenger without proper documents will not be allowed to board the ship and no refund of the registration fee or cruise fare will be issued. King Con Cruise and its affiliated parties are not responsible for advising participants of necessary travel documentation and will not be held liable for any consequences of the participant’s failure to comply with the policies of Royal Caribbean International.

No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by any passenger after commencement of the cruise. No refunds will be given for cruise no-shows. If you do not attend the event for any reason barring cancellation on the part of King Con Cruise, the full event registration fee remains payable and no refund will be made. Cruise fare refunds may be available in accordance with the policies of Royal Caribbean International. Additional refunds may be available in accordance with the policies of the relevant travel vendors. King Con Cruise and its affiliates are not responsible for the processing of issuance of refunds requested from Royal Caribbean International or other vendors.

While every effort will be made to adhere to the scheduled itinerary for the event, circumstances may necessitate changes or deviations from same and we reserve the right to make said changes or deviations at any time at our discretion, up to and including changes to the time, date, venue, content, and/or guests of the King Con Cruise events taking place on the cruise and/or full event cancellation. King Con Cruise and its affiliates will not be liable or required to refund any portion of fare or other charges or make any compensation under these circumstances.

All sailing schedules, itinerary destinations, hours of arrival and departure, and other aspects of the cruise itself are under the sole jurisdiction of Royal Caribbean International and are subject to change with or without prior notice. Participants expressly acknowledge and agree that King Con Cruise and its affiliated parties are acting solely in the capacity of tour operators in arranging their inclusion in this cruise and that neither King Con Cruise nor its affiliated parties have any right or ability to control or direct the operational or navigational activities of the vessel or crew in any manner whatsoever, regardless of location or circumstances, including but not limited to embarkation and disembarkation to and from the vessel, and condition of the vessel and/or its equipment. Participants further acknowledge and agree that King Con Cruise and its affiliates do not hold authority over the vessel and/or shore crew, including without limitation Royal Caribbean International personnel or contractors, shoreside excursion providers and contractors. King Con Cruise and its affiliates are not responsible for those aspects of the cruise outside the boundaries of event authority and will not be liable or required to refund any portion of fare or other charges or make any compensation under any circumstances necessitated by same.

In no circumstances, will King Con Cruise or its affiliated parties be obliged to make any refund of any travel fees or expenses paid in advance, including but not limited to payments made towards cruise fare to Royal Caribbean International. We will not be liable for any additional costs, losses or expenses resulting from any changes to and/or cancellation of the event.

By completing your registration and entering into this contract with the cruise, participants agree to release and hold harmless King Con Cruise and its affiliated parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of or in connection with your travel with and participation in both the King Con Cruise events and the cruise itself, including but not limited to: injury, death, or delay of participants; loss, damage, or delay of participants’ baggage or other property; any and and all additional damage and or losses which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from their participation in the King Con Cruise event and cruise, including without limitation participants’ inclusion in any shore excursion, on board concession or recreational activity, or during associated travel to same; emotional distress, mental suffering, or anguish or psychological injury of any kind under any circumstances (except where such damages were directly caused by King Con Cruise and/or its affiliated parties’ negligence and resulted in the same passenger sustaining actual physical injury, or having been at risk of actual physical injury, or when such damages are held to have been intentionally inflicted by an affiliated party); any change in the scheduled cruise events; or Royal Caribbean International’s exercise of its contractual rights as outlined in the cruise line’s Ticket Contract. You further agree that King Con Cruise and its affiliated parties shall not be held vicariously liable for the intentional or negligent acts of any persons not employed by any of the affiliates named herein, nor for any intentional or negligent acts of any of the affiliated party employees committed while off duty or outside the course and scope of their employment.

These Terms and Conditions and the terms accepted during the cruise reservation process are legally binding and supersedes any other agreements, written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. Any waiver of any provision of must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of both King Con Cruise and Jon St. John Presents. If any portion of the said provision shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, then said portion shall be deemed severed from the Contract in such jurisdiction only and all remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

*We only use your personal data in accordance with our policies and by submitting the above booking form you are consenting to our use of your personal data as necessary to complete your registration for the King Con Cruise event and secure your Royal Caribbean International cabin reservation, via the services of our affiliated travel agent. We do not provide personal data to any external parties for any reason.
